Refunds & Exchanges
If you want to exchange/refund an item, just contact our sales team within 24 hours from receiving the order. Please note that in order for us to accept exchanges and/or refunds, the goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, we will not refund or exchange earrings or intimates such as bathing suits, underwear, or any other merchandise of similar nature.
